Oracle, one of the largest enterprise software and cloud computing firms, has introduced an AI-native builder experience for Oracle Fusion Applications, providing developers with tools to create, customize, and deploy agentic AI applications within the company's enterprise software platform. Fusion Agentic Applications represent a new class of enterprise application: outcome-driven systems backed by teams of specialized AI agents that reason, coordinate, and decide, then execute work through Fusion business objects, workflows, tools, policies, approvals, and logged actions.
The new capabilities allow organizations to build AI-driven workflows that interact with business data and processes across finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer experience applications. Developers can use the builder to create specialized AI agents that automate business tasks, coordinate multi-step processes, and integrate with existing Fusion Applications without requiring separate development environments. The new capabilities, integrations, and AI Studio Skill create a unified builder experience spanning natural language no-code, low-code, and pro-code development.
The builder experience is designed to help customers extend enterprise applications while maintaining security, governance, and access controls through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform. Organizations also can tailor AI agents to support specific business processes using their own enterprise data and application logic.
Available at no additional cost, Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications delivers easy-to-use tools, including orchestration, advanced testing, robust validation, and built-in security to help Oracle Fusion Applications customers and partners create and manage AI agents and agentic applications.
