JetBrains has released IntelliJ IDEA 5.1, the latest version of its Java IDE. IntelliJ IDEA 5.1 is a professional-grade tool for developers working in situations where time is money and sustained productivity is a measure of success, according to JetBrains.
The company says the most significant new enhancement in Version 5.1 probably is its functions for internationalizing new and existing Java apps. Until the release of this product, it was too difficult and expensive to localize many of these apps, a company rep says.
Details about new features and enhancements can be found here. The IntelliJ IDEA 5.1 upgrade download is available free to registered users of version 5.0.
