Rational Software acquires NeuVis Inc.

Rational Software has acquired Shelton, Conn.-based NeuVis Inc., an n-tier
application development software provider.
Twenty-six former NeuVis employees have joined Rational and will play a key
role in Rational's strategy to help its enterprise IT customers build business
applications.
NeuVis' flagship product is a model-driven application development tool for
creating agile, enterprise-class n-tier applications that complements Rational's
existing product line.
