App Helps Mobile Developers Try, Demo Engagement and Analytics
Mobile engagement and analytics specialist Kumulos has created an app to specifically let mobile developers try out and demo marketing functionality to build and keep customers.
The Kumulos Companion App provides a dashboard with which mobile developers can build push notification campaigns, create automations, display analytics data and monitor app performance.
"We released the Kumulos App to allow mobile app developers to try out and demo these capabilities to their clients," company exec Bob Lawson said in a statement last week. "The Companion App will help app developers attract new business and build recurring revenue services from existing clients who can benefit from mobile marketing automation programs."
The app lets developers send unlimited push notifications, also allowing for "geofencing," targeting users according to location. After signing up for a Companion App account, developers can pair with any number of devices for unlimited notification automations. A Kumulos account -- available in a 30-day trial -- is required for such pairing.
More information on the Companion App -- available in the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iOS devices -- can be found here.
