COM, SOAP guru Box joins Microsoft

He has long been an evangelist of Microsoft technology—now colorful Don Box has joined Microsoft itself. Box, cofounder of education concern DevelopMentor Inc., will serve as an architect in the Microsoft .NET Developer and Platform Evangelism Group. Box is a co-author of the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) specification, and is the coiner of the term "COM is Love."
