Judy Meadows, senior principal consultant, center for excellence, coordinated the entire judging process for Keane. Meadows has more than 20 years of experience managing and delivering information services to commercial and government clients. She is currently responsible for Keane’s software development and management methodologies.
Manish Chawla, service delivery manager/application development manager, has more than 11 years of experience managing and delivering information services. He specializes in project management, business requirements analysis, architecture design, system design and data warehousing.
Greg Deutsch, director of service delivery, has been an information systems professional for more than 20 years. His expertise is in program management and aligning business transformation and technology.
Vladimir Gavrilov, technical architect and principal consultant, has more than 20 years of experience in system integration, package implementation and OO design. Currently, he is involved in an integration project for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mike Higgins, senior principal consultant, has more than 15 years of experience architecting, designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications. He currently serves as chief architect for Keane’s engagement with a large automotive finance company where he provides J2EE and Web services-based intranets and B2B and B2C systems.
Jay Horowitz, service delivery manager, has more than 16 years of experience as a developer, system architect, and project manager. He contributed to the development of Keane’s eDevelopment Framework and has expertise in Web site design, branding, navigation, usability and accessibility for persons with disabilities.
Walid Farha, practice director/chief technical architect, has 25 years of technology architecture and project leadership experience. Walid was instrumental in developing Keane’s application engineering practices in multi-tier and OO development.
Joe Kyle, service delivery manager, has more than 20 years of experience in information services and has held a variety of positions in branch operations and strategy and service delivery.
David Malecki, service delivery manager, has more than 12 years of experience managing and delivering information services to vertical markets. During his five years at Keane, Dave has focused on BI, application development and outsourcing.
John (Mac) McNamara, senior principal consultant, has more than 20 years of experience in system architecture, design, modeling, development, project management, quality assurance and deployment. John specializes in multi-tiered open-source architectures running in the UNIX environment and integrating with MS Windows.
