Credit Union uses XML server to feed client's desktops

First Tech Credit Union has agreed to use the Innovision Financial Server to provide advanced services to credit union members. Using Innovision Corp.'s XML-based offering, credit union officials said users can transfer real-time financial data and download account information to personal financial management programs like Intuit's Quicken and Microsoft Money.

Innovision's Financial Server is built on the company's NEPAL platform of products for XML protocol-based applications. Financial institutions that use Innovision's NEPAL-based server and Web-top technologies can directly connect to their clients using multiple devices, from Web-enabled software and browser-based programs to wireless devices, without the need for additional programming or resources, according to Innovision officials.
