ATG and Autonomy announce OEM and reseller relationship

Art Technology Group (ATG) Inc. and Autonomy Corp. have announced an OEM and
reseller relationship. Under terms of the agreement, Autonomy will provide
advanced enterprise information retrieval capabilities for the ATG Search
Module, a key component of ATG6.
Autonomy's infrastructure technology will provide the backbone for ATG
Search, a full-featured enterprise retrieval application tightly integrated with
the ATG Relationship Management Platform, and the ATG Commerce and ATG Portal
solutions.
Leveraging ATG's Data Anywhere Architecture (DAA), which enables access to
information from multiple sources without moving or replicating data, ATG Search
allows users to retrieve and index all the content required as part of their ATG
applications, including file and database content accessed using DAA and content
stored on internal and external Web sites.
