In Brief: CA sells app software to SSA
[APRIL 8, 2002] - SSA Global Technologies has acquired the supply chain management, financial
management and human resource management product lines of the Computer Associates
interBiz applications division. Products covered under this transaction include
KBM, MANMAN, Masterpiece/Net, MasterPiece/Net HRMS, PRMS and Warehouse BOSS,
and other packages.
